[BUG] Zooming in and out with a wheel zooms a different amount

Ctrl + MWheel Up/Down What the title says, example: start out with an image (not fitting to window in this instance, but the bug happens even then) 100% -> zoom in to 120% then when I zoom out it goes to 96%, if you keep this up the image eventually shrinks very far (I say keep up, because with this back and forth my expectation would be that the image stays 100%).

ps. ~~this could be a hardware issue with my mouse, if others could test, I'd appreaciate it! thx~~ doing the same actions in other programs does as expected

Check Use fixed zoom levels in Settings > View > Zoom Options.

Well, that fixes it somewhat, but I wont be able to get back to the same zoom level where an image was opened when View -> Display options : Fit in window is set as an option, which is a bit annoying and kills my OCD, but thanks for the interim tip!
