OpenCV scaling filters seem to not change anything

There appears to be no difference between bilinear and the other options, though nearest neighbor works as expected. My only thought is that OpenCV isn't properly installed but Debian pulls in libopencv-core410 & libopencv-imgproc410

OS: Debian 13 Version: 1.0.2+git20250303-1
