Allow overscrolling

When moving over an opened image, many modern viewers let you move freely around the canvas without beeing constrained to the borders of the image. Photoshop calls this "Overscrolling", and i think it makes the navigation feel noticably nicer.

Very easy to do but this will break mouse interaction when you want to drag'n'drop a picture out of qimgv

Maybe you could set this drag interaction to shift+left mouse? that way it also would not be necessairy to zoom all the way out before you can use that feature.

makes sense i might add a toggle for free panning but not by default
