[Feature request] Option to exclude videos from navigation

While I like qimgv being able to open webm and mp4 files, sometimes I want to exclude them from the navigation I do with scrolling my mouse wheel, loading them up causes a pretty significant delay.

Essentially, I'd want them only openable manually, like through the Folder View feature or just from file explorer. Though of course I'd want the option to toggle it so I can switch back to the default behavior as the need arises.
