Keep zoom size and scroll position between images? It resets when going to a new picture

This is a feature I can use too. I'm tired of converting everything to pdf to get the same global zoom effect from a pdf viewer. +1

i can implement zoom lock, but not sure about position (what to do if images are different res/aspect ratio?)

Well I would be happy with just that. As far as I can see the scroll position can matter if we are comparing two images or it may be needed when we are going back and forth differently zoomed or positioned images. Right now if we zoom to certain part of an image and move to another image and come back to the old image it will revert to it's default size and position. Which could be undesirable at times.

Similarly, it would be nice if the zoom and position weren't reset upon image reload from disk... unless the image dimensions themselves change, I suppose. (Similar to how geeqie does it.)
