Scale Factor in Windows 7

Hi, I'm using qimgv 0.9 on W7 x64 with HiDPI (4k) resolution monitor and I wanted to know if it is possible to enable Scale Factor.

I havent tried myself but it seems like it wont work currently. Looks like windows doesnt use scale factor but instead just scales fonts up. I'll try to fix this in 0.9.1 - 0.9.2.

200% may work but it is missing in windows settings so cant test it (maybe because im on 1080p)

(text) scaling in windows doesn't seem to affect the application in my case. It isn't comfortable but it's workable (282PPI). I would love to be able to make thumbnails larger, though. Currently, on the highest setting, there are 8 rows. I think 3 to 4 would be optimal.
