Batch Selection | Setting to begin in File Browser View

Hi there easymodo,

Firstly, I love your viewer. It is exactly what I was looking for after many years using ACDsee, XNView and a whole host of other image browsers. I recently defaulted to using Win10 Photo viewer out of frustration with the other applications out there. I literally couldn't be bothered installing them anymore as I only need basic features. However, I grew massively frustrated with Photo viewer (obviously) so began searching again...

I have a couple of questions (basically the title of this Issue)

  1. I can't seem to batch select images in file browser view. I tried the OS default left-lick 1st image followed by Shift + left-click 2nd image but it doesn't seem to act as I would expect - e.g. select a range of images.

  2. I love the ability to switch between full-image view and browser view but could there be an option to open the program in file browser view when the program is opened by running the .exe? I appreciate that double-clicking an image should open the full-image view but if I want to use the program in image bowser mode it would make sense to start in this mode when running the .exe.

Small points that I may have missed (apologies if so).

Many thanks in advance and once again thanks for creating and updating this cool program.

Win10 Qi: 0.8.92 Qt: 5.12.4

To be clear, file browser view as in thumbnail mode where the feature to be implemented is bulk selecting images and perform actions on them, right? Don't want to make a duplicate feature request.

It is a so wonderful software to view large number of images. I selected multiple images and uses script to move them to another folder , then i found file has to be copied one by one, and it's slow for large number of images Is it possiable to handle multiple images selectd when in folder view mode in a time, thank you! @easymodo

+1 to the list of people asking for this feature. Would like to be able to move selected files at once, expected cut/paste style. Thanks
