I'll merge https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs/pull/20166 , which handles the same software, but under a slightly different name (HF-datasets) and for different toolchain (2023a). If we still merge this PR (#19795), we should probably also adapt the name accordingly, and make it similar to what is done in https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs/pull/20166 .
