Customize email notifications: frequency and translations

hello Thanks for this plugin. Really powerful and easy to setup.

I have 2 feature requests. Currently, Easy Updates Manager sends an email for every update. This generates a lot of emails.

Set the interval of how often to check for updates; hourly, twice daily or daily. "WP Updates Notifier" plugin has this feature. https://www.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-updates-notifier/.

Select what updates should send an email: core, themes, plugins, translations I think many users would disable receiving emails for translations. Translations usually don't break websites.

We've tried the email thing before. It's a dead ticket, but you can tey reviving it by voicing your support.
