An updated version of runc 1.1.12 has been made available, which fixed CVE-2024-21626 / GHSA-xr7r-f8xq-vfvv.

moby/buildkit has also already been patched with the updated version.

There was already an (automatic) attempt to bump runc to the latest version, but the PR was closed.

Would be great, if you guys could make an updated version for earthly/earthly and earthly/buildkit available.
