Feedback in pdf format vs html

RE @jedbrown 's email ... right now our feedback files are returned in a n html format. this is actually created via nbgrader. it would be nice to have a pdf output option however we would need to look at how nbgrader is creating the feedback file and whether it has an pdf output option or whether we'd have to effectively create the feedback file ourselves.
