What if you integrate it with hockeyapp gem?

I found this project of yours. It looks nice. We are gonna use it for our projects! Thanks for sharing the code.

Just a hint. We also use hockeyapp gem (out fork) I suggest that you take a look. It might make your job with releasenotes much easier.
