Alpha sorting issue

One of my scene compendia is not sorting the folders properly by alpha (which I think is the default, and only, way that folders sort).

I'm not sure what is different about this "Chapter 04" folder. I've tried renaming it, making sure there are no leading spaces or characters. If I name it something starting with a T or "higher" letter it will sort below the SKT folder below it, but even making it start with an A will not sort it any higher than it is here.
