Allow Drag and Drop of Compendium Folder Contents to Actors

Users of the OSE system https://foundryvtt.com/packages/ose/ tend to pack class abilities into folders on compendiums. Would it be possible to make a folder drag and drop method of adding class abilities straight from the compendium rather than importing them to the items directory first?
