Enhancement: merge by name within folder only

Describe the bug Enhancement request: allow for exporting folder structure to merge by name, but only within the given folder.

Sometimes I want to allow duplicated names in different folders in a compendium, but not within a given folder. My use case: I have an actors compendium for different monsters needed for different scenes. The same monster may be in multiple scenes. When importing a scene, I know I need to also import the corresponding actor folder that contains the actor NPCs for that scene. But when creating these folders in the compendium, if I export folder structure for the specified folder, if that actor also existed in any other scene in the compendium, it will delete it from that location, so the next time I would go to export that folder it is now missing something that had previously been there.

Turning off the merge by name is a possible workaround, but now if you export the folder multiple times, you will get duplicate actors in the folder, which is also not needed or desirable.

So the request is to allow for merging by name inside the folder(s) being exported, but not across the entire compendium.
