Allow option to drag folder in the sidebar to root instead of using dialog

Describe the bug I accidentally dragged a compendium folder inside of another folder, and I now cannot move it back to the top folder level, only between other folders.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a test folder in the Compendium Tab
2. Drag inside of another folder
3. Try to drag outside of folder and fail :(

Expected behavior It should drag back into a top level folder.

• Foundry: 0.8.9
• System: dnd5e version 1.4.2
• All other modules disabled? No but it's pretty barebones.

Oh I'm blind and did not see the move folder option in the dropdown. That said it would still be nice if it was draggable out.

Hi, currently the only way to move a folder back to the root is to use that move dialog that you discovered. This has been how the module works for a few months now, but I can look into introducing a drag/drop ability to the root directory in the future.
