Duplicate emojis show up in the frequently used section.

To reproduce:

1. react with an emoji
2. unreact with that emoji
3. react with that same emoji but with a different skin tone

This bug was introduced in 4.14.0, likely related to the code that auto switches the emoji colors in the picker based off what skin tone you have selected. So you would have like tone 1 and tone 2 show up, but then the code overrides both to the currently selected tone which makes them look like the same emoji.

This is what it used to look like before, but now it would convert all those emojis to the currently selected skin tone
