Monorepo-ify

Summary

Today emoji-picker-react lives in the root of this repo.

I propose restructuring to a monorepo so it's possible to extract code to packages, and to add example projects that could be used to test the main package.

Yarn v1 is already being used so all that's left is to leverage workspaces.
