I’m not really maintaining this repo anymore unfortunately. I just don’t have the free time to keep up with it and have no work projects still using the ESP32. One thought of what the issue may be though is that this was written for ESP-IDF v3.1. I’m guessing the IDF has come a long way since then and breaking changes have probably been made.

I'm using this successfully but I'm still on IDF 3.3. I'm dreading the upgrade to 4.x b/c this and other things are going to break. :( When I finally do the upgrade, I'll be sure to update this with the fix if I find it. Otherwise, I may just go with nimble since it sounds lighter.
