Automatically add qra locator from qrz.com if it is missing from wsjtx etc. log info. (affects map)

Enhancement. When using e.g. FT8 in wsjtx and logging directly into klog some QSOs are missing QRA locator info because of the way the the contact was initiated. This happens in two (maybe more) ways:

1. You or the other station replies to a CQ by using message 2 which skips sending the locator to the other station.
2. A station tail-ends your previous contact by just sending message 2. In this case neither station get a locator. All these contacts will be missed from the map unless an edit is made and a manual lookup of the locator is done using the klog menu->tools>qrz tools->look up current callsign in qrz.com This is time consuming for many QSOs. If the log info was checked for the presence of a locator and a (settings optional) lookup done via qrz.com to retrieve it then most of these missing locators would be filled. An option to also add Name and QTH 'could' be added, however QTH is very prone to SQL injection bug so not currently recommended.
