drop the uber.jar change the CLASSPATH to use wildcards. duncdrum/existdb has been doing it since 01/2022

We could introduce the more simple classloader to the main application too; the configuration XML file with JAR references has been a pain in the past a few times. And the build scripts are un-understandble large.
