Maven Artifacts are missing for eXist-db 6.4.0
The release of eXist-db 6.4.0 seems to be missing the Maven Artifacts. This is hard to understand as they are uploaded automatically as part of the release process.
None the less, they do not appear to be available from the usual place (i.e. Maven Central) - see: https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/exist-db/exist-core/
I also checked the new Nexus repo that was recently created for eXist-db, and they also don't seem to be available from there - see: https://repo.exist-db.org/#browse/browse:exist-db:org%2Fexist-db%2Fexist-core
Yep, that is still to be done. Maven Central has changed their release process and even though all artifacts were uploaded the new interface does not allow us to release them. This is why we will have to release them manually which we will as soon as time allows.
@line-o I don't think you are entirely correct there... Until 30th June 2025, you can still use the old interface to release them. You don't need to upload manually. After that you need to migrate to the new release process they have.
Well, then I might need to open a ticket with their support because I cannot access the staging interface anymore to release the uploaded artifacts.
@line-o which URL are you using?
After some struggling I succeeded in migrating to the new publishing method, you can also do <autoPublish>true</autoPublish>.
One of my setups is here, perhaps of some help.
@eduarddrenth Oh thank you I will definitely have a look. I can't change the setup for a version that is already released but we will need to change it for the next one.
