[BUG] Missing WikiIntro

In the welcome page of the Wiki, just after installed, one gets the 'Please make sure you read the Introduction first.' message. That Introduction points to //WikiIntro (with two slashes). That WikiIntro is missing in the package installed via packagemanager, latest version (0.9). Or at least it returns a blank page on http://localhost:8080/exist/apps/wiki//WikiIntro.
