live wiki on exist-db.org has broken links

navigation to the wiki from e.g. the documentation app, will load a new navbar with broken links. Same as with demo-application and funcdoc. see eXist-db/demo-apps#24

@dizzzz and I just confirmed this during the Community Call. The atomic.exist-db.org site's links and searching are completely broken.
