Allow custom background image

Hi. Thanks for creating this awesome theme! I discovered it purely by chance and like it a lot. The only thing missing are more customization options.

To that end, I suggest adding a command to apply persistent settings. The obvious first choice would be changing the background (different image or flat colour). From there, the new command could be expanded further to add more options.

Modifying the background could look like this: set background /usr/share/backgrounds/my-custom-image.jpg

What do you think? If you don't have time to add this feature yourself, I would be happy to contribute.

Hey, sorry I've been quite busy with uni work, if I get some time I'll see if I can add in the ability to set backgrounds.

I've already started work on a possible implementation, and I'm willing to continue working on this feature if you want.
