Project inacive?

Hi all,

After raising an issue (#17) last year without getting a response and checking for recent activity on the project, I get the feeling that cors-filter is no longer actively maintained (@mohitsoni ?).

While I think it is a very good piece of code, it does have some minor issues that are quite annoying, but on the other hand should be easy to fix (fixing issue #17 should be three lines of code). I'd be very happy to supply pull requests and help out where I can, but I'd like to know beforehand if any investment of my time will result in a new release.

So if there's anyone out there who can accept pull requests for this repository and release this project on Maven Central, please respond.
