The video swap is not consistent

Thanks for your excellent work. I ran face_swap for each frame in the video but found the results were not smooth. But in your video demo, the results are very nice, could you please tell me how to fix it? Thanks for your help!

Are the correct swaps working? ignoring the smoothness. Whichever frame is swapping, are they good?
