Feature wish: Download all audio streams + subtitles stream for tvHeadend / VLC (pipe)

Support for a set of streams (video, audio 1, audio 2, subtitles) to be downloaded and to be forwarded to a process (stdin).

The goal is to combine the HLS segments without time offset, which is a basic problem when ffmpeg is used as a reference player.
