Changing user's permission in `e2b.Dockerfile` often doesn't work

The way we create a default user in our internal provision.sh messes up with our users wanting to customize permissions inside their Dockerfiles when creating custom sandboxes.

Make sure all the globally installed dependencies are working ok.
