Sandbox timeout when using node slim as a base image

When you build template from a dockerfile that uses node slim as a base image you will get timeout when trying to connect to a sandbox.

The build finishes successfully though so the problem is probably in some dependency that our internal daemon needs at runtime because there were no logs from the envd for these sandboxes.

For now you can use non-slim versions.
