[Bug]: Forum quickreply form accepting continuous click

Bug description

The forum quickreply form accepts continuous click, therefore has an ambiguous behaviour.

When on click to submit the first time, the form should be grayed out and unable to accept any more clicks....

It could also be enhanced to only allow submiting when the text field jhas something written, and disble the button when the text field is empty....

Just my two cents

How to reproduce

Try submit the quick reply form at the bottom of any forum post. It accepts continuous clicking... And shouldn't....

Expected behavior

Disallow continuous submit of the quick reply form in forum topics....
