Bug description

{NEWSCATEGORY} &{NEWS_CATEGORY_NAME: link=1}shortcodes renders wrong links. These shortcodes render links to the news item(...news.php?default.0.0), not to the category list (...news.php?list.7.0).

How to reproduce

Use {NEWSCATEGORY} or{NEWS_CATEGORY_NAME: link=1}shortcode in any news template and check the link rendered

Expected behavior

Shortcodes should render links to the category list (...news.php?list.7.0).
