dashboard accessible by blind

How I can configure limited dashboard only for add/remove pages and contents by blind compliant with accessibility voice reader ?

Currently there is no such feature available in e107. It would be very interesting to further investigate the scope of this, so we can see how e107 can further support accessibility options.
