Particle dose calculation enhancements

We should think about the following enhancements for future matrad releases. we could also debate having those only for internal research purposes to keep the structure of the code clear and concise.

  • [x] modeling of beam divergence
  • [x] modeling of lateral dose profile with multiple Gaussian components
  • [ ] pencil beam fine sampling
