Requirements:

• User provides:

  • source
  • collection
  • bands metadata
  • output_dir

• User gets:

  • YML file in an output_dir
  • A message with instructions on how to refer to the YML
  • An environment variable pointing to the new YML
  • Load the new user configuration file
