Description I added personalized features such as : DATE AND AUTHOR adding to the footer and title plugin.

Motivation & Context This feature would create a better user experience.

Type of changes In addition to the Title-Footer plugin, I decided to include Date and Author so that they could be dynamically included in the slides, when initially initialized.
