Add manufacturer datasource

Please list the resources as a list, for example:

  • netbox_device
  • netbox_module_type and many others

Expected Behavior

datasource for the netbox_manufacturer resource should be available

Actual Behavior

no such datasource is available

Relevant commit adding this feature already exists and just needs to be merged. Can you please release it for the latest and 3.5 version?
