[Feature Request] Add support for `latitude` and `longitude` fields on the site datasource

When creating a site resource you may specify the latitude and longitude of the site. However, the site data source appears to lack the ability to retrieve this information. From what I can gather the endpoint used to get site information already exposes this information so all that should be needed is passing that data through to Terraform.
