Adding vrf_id to interface

We are running v3.3.10 and I noticed that I cannot set the VRF_ID on the virtualization/interface endpoint via the Terraform provider.

Please fix any failing tests

Your test is missing the part where the VRF is actually assigned to the interface I think @johann8384 .
