Does Aria2c work at all? Is it running? Which options did you use to start it on the CLI? What does the log of Aria2c say?

Did you activate Aria2 in the config options? The options you are missing only relate to Torrents which are only supported by Aria2.

This was already reported in https://github.com/e-alfred/ocdownloader/issues/131, Dark Mode is still not fully supported.

Do you have a log of Aria2c while trying to add a torrent with ocDownloader? Additionally, does setting Bittorrent to "yes" in the settings change anything?

An admin could go to these settings an reenable them if he wants to. That could be the reason why all options are shown at all times for them. Another...
