bitcracker Invalid version issue

I run the coe below and get an invalid version. Any help please?

This means that there is something wrong in the format of your encrypted device. Send to me the enc.img file starting from image starting from address 0x17EA9E8 for about 256 KB.

I have another image that I was only able to get the recovery hash. Any suggestions why i was not able to get user hash?

With the file that i only get the recovery i get "VMK encrypted with TPM... not supported!" and "Error: VMK not encrypted with AES-CCM"
