Request - Minimizing the Window

an M Shortcut Key for Minimizing the Window would be very useful. For example if I press R to restart, then I want to get rid of the window.. so if I could press M (e.g. R M) to have it minimize itself, that would be much faster than moving the mouse to minimize it.

I just realizd I could do alt-space-n ... but anyhow, I'll keep this request as M would be better and sounds simply to implement.

OR..

if there could be a toggle on the menu for minimize after restart, that would be the best solution.
