brief and attracting description of mdm

Hi @rbirkelbach, I know that @rreitmann has the approach, that the Data Search for higher education research and science studies does not need a description. But for PR-reasons, especially for a new brochure we need a short description of the mdm. The description should adress social scientists and tell what it is about and how you use it. It realy should draw their attention. Therefore I am not quite satisfied with the actual description on fdz.dzhw.eu(engl. Version is not working).

Also, I think he wants the mdm to be so intuitive that it does not need a description when using it. This is different from PR-stuff of course.
