I've tried `$` and `\$` and \`$\`, but the dollar sign get's replaced with `\(` in all cases due to the math formatting. Is there a syntax I'm missing?

Sometimes this value contains just the base healthcare URL (e.g. https://healthcare.googleapis.com/v1 for the export adapter), sometimes it also includes the datastore path (https://healthcare.googleapis.com/v1/project/..../dicomStores/blah/dicomWeb) and sometimes it's the full STOW URL....

E.g. https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/healthcare-dicom-dicomweb-adapter/pull/76, a breaking change would have been missed without a code review. We should make sure to cover legacy flag usage in integration tests to prevent this.
