win must keep its image in a complete and usual bitmap

so that size of bitmap can be different from window's size it will help us:

• not to realloc bitmap on each resize
• some resizes will just reveal existing image, no need to repaint
• have scroll/pan easy way

also we need message to send to user on pan/scroll/resize for him to paint more
