Can not write to wp-config.php

Sorry for a stupid question. When I map a local directory of wordpress to /srv/wordpress and run the configuration, wordpress can not write the wp-config.php to the wordpress directory. Is there something wrong in the user access right configuration? When I logged into the docker and found the root user can read and write to /srv/wordpress.
