Not published in official list of gentoo overlay package repositories

Hi, installing TLP has improved the battery life of my ThinkPad T560 tremendously! :+1: However, I was wondering why I had to use this "complicated" way of enabling the overlay instead of being able to just do eselect repository enable tlp. Is it by purpose that you did not put it in the official list of gentoo overlay package repositories?

I must admit it is quite easy to add this overlay via new eselect repository approach:

eselect repository add tlp git https://github.com/dywisor/tlp-portage.git && emerge --sync tlp

but still would be nice to see it in official overlays list, so it will easier for people to find tlp.
