could you please help me solve the gamepad issue?

I have gamesir T4 pro gamepad.

OnePlus nord. Android 11

And after panda gamepad pro activation success, login to pubg mobile through panda pro app and configured buttons correctly, but it doesn't take effect.

Even trying to do calibration test via the panda application, no effect.

Can you please guide me on this?
