Activation for virtual devices

I would like to ask to activate the software via Inject.sh file purely via adb and running Inject.sh file. I am asking it to have Panda running on a virtual device like emulators and Anbox which does not have USB Debugging implemented but does have a way to adb the device with "adb shell". Maybe if you ask to user "activate it manually via adb using command line" the user will get how accomplish it.
