Phone Not Found

I was able to activate the Panda GamePad Pro app once. I restarted my phone and had to reactivate. Now it either tells me "cannot find phone" OR it states "Click OK on popup window on device. If no pop up window then click cancel and run me again." When this happens there is no Popup so I of course click cancel. This then starts a loop of "phone not found" I have tried over and over again to get this app to be activated again and it will not activate. Is there a reason that it will not stay activated even after a phone reboot? I paid money for this app and now am out that money because it will not work. I play COD mobile and it was the only way I could get a controller to work with the game now I am stuck using the phones joysticks. anyway I can get this working?
